We are looking for an experienced, organized marketing professional with a great ability to multitask. This marketing coordinator will cover a maternity leave initially and will report to the Senior Product Manager.  You can expect to execute the day-to-day marketing activities and the marketing calendar for the year.

This position is the main marketing role for Tangam Systems with some additional help from Product Management and Graphic Design. The individual needs to be able to own this role, execute our existing marketing strategy independently, and coordinate all campaigns, content, social media, events, and more.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate and execute monthly marketing calendar
        - Execute campaign calendar with new/repurposed content including blogs, news posts, events, etc.
        - These campaigns must also align with social media, industry events in a regular cadence

  • Managing/writing content
          - Emails, editing blogs, awards, website, various write-ups, etc
          - Working with other teams to create and finalize industry-specific content

  • Social media
        - Creating weekly posts with new/repurposed content to grow and nurture follower base

  • Event planning & coordination
        - Coordinate events from start to finish including speaking sessions, organizing booth and participation in tradeshows, promotional items and booth materials, travel, client events.

  • Technology proficiency
        - Mail Chimp, Google Analytics, Hubspot, managing Socal Media platforms

  • Administrative & support responsibilities
        - Working with Client Success team
                - coordinating and shipping training materials for clients and site roll-outs,
                - Printing/ordering various materials for CS team
        - Internal office support
                - Organizing promotional and training materials for office
                - Updating internal knowledge base

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years marketing experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in software

  • University or college degree in business administration or marketing 

  • Competency using MailChimp, Google products, Hubspot, Social Media Platforms

  • Ability to work independently and autonomously, yet collaborative for various types of projects, and proactively engages with all stakeholders/team members

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and different timelines with minimal hand holding

  • Attention to detail with advanced communication skills both verbal and writing skills

  • Experience organizing speaking engagements, tradeshows and other in-person events

  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
